Commits in FeCru/Stash takes a long time to be updated in JIRA when Display URL and Application URL is different

Summary

When creating an unproxied applink and changing the Base URL and Display URL to the proxied URL after creation, commits in the other application will take a long time to be updated in JIRA

Steps to Reproduce

1. Refer to this documentation and create an unproxied application link
2. After the link is created using ipaddress in the Application URL, change the Base URL and Display URL to the proxied URL

Expected Results

1. All commits in the other application will show up within a few minutes in JIRA

Actual Results

It takes a long time for JIRA to be updated about the commits

Workaround

1. No known workaround. Create the applinks using the proxied URL
