Cannot reorder or delete quick filter

      We make extensive use of quick filters for our team board. Today, I tried doing two operations on quick filters, both which failed: a) reorder b) delete

      When trying to do both, I see the following errors in the developer console client-side:
      POST https://redfin.atlassian.net/rest/greenhopper/1.0/quickfilters/57/776/move 400 (Bad Request)
      DELETE https://redfin.atlassian.net/rest/greenhopper/1.0/quickfilters/57/397?undefined 400 (Bad Request)
