Card color will not work at all in a board if there is an invalid JQL

Summary

In the card color configuration page for a board, if an user define colors based on JQL queries, write an invalid query and save the configurations, the board will not show any card colors.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new board
2. Set card colors based on JQL queries
3. Among the queries, put an invalid one

Expected Results

JIRA would still show the card colors for the correct queries and/or ultimately not allow an invalid query to be saved in the board configurations.

Actual Results

JIRA will not show any card color in the board. In the card color configuration page, the JQL query field will show the icon while editing the field, but will still allow to save the incorrect query

Workaround

Finding and correcting the problematic query will bring back the card colors to the board.
