Summary

The development panel is not showing the correct information when application linked with Fisheye/Crucible

Environment

(Optional - If Applicable)

• JIRA 7.1.4
• FishEye Crucible 4.0.3

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an application link between JIRA and FishEye / Crucible
2. Create an issue in JIRA ( FISH-3 )
   
3. Create and Start a review in Crucible with a JIRA Issue Linked
4. It looks fine from the Review that the JIRA issue is linked
   
5. However the Review does not display in the development panel
   
6. Created/Started a 2nd review to the same issue and only then the review shows but it only shows 1 review
   
7. Clicking on it actually displayed 2 open Reviews :
   
8. Also when i Close of the the reviews from Crucible, the closed Review not show on the development panel , in fact it finaly updates that there is 2 open reviews :
   
9. Clicking on the 2 open reviews actually shows there is 1 open and 1 closed review :

11. If i close all the reviews, it still still shows one Open review on the development panel :
    
12. Clicking on it shows the real status of the Review where both of it is Closed:
    

Expected Results

The development panel should show the accurate information as when clicking on it shows the correct pop up review information.

Actual Results

The development panel shows false information and status of the review.

Workaround

Click on the reviews from the development panel to show the correct status.
