Implement Workload by Assignee summary feature for Backlog

      Problem Definition

      In JIRA Agile 6.6, the workload summary was introduced in this release note. At the moment, this is only applicable for Sprint.

      Suggested Solution

      This would be great to the workload summary to be applied for Backlog as well.
