The current kanban board is a bit simplistic

If you have a project with multiple people and multiple components on the go, I end up having to create two kanban boards, one organized by team member and one organized by component. That way I can get an idea of the flow per person and flow per component.

It would be nice if a single kanban board would let you have multiple views with different swim lanes on the one kanban board.
