JIRA Board view last filter is no stored

Summary

After upgrading to JIRA 7.1.2, JIRA do not store the last selected filters on rapid boards.

Environment

JIRA 7.1.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click Board
2. Select a Scrum board
3. Click configure -> Quick Filter. Configure a filter
4. Go back to the previously selected board.
5. Click on the newly created filter above the board. Please notice that the filter is highlighted with blue colour.
6. Select any of the issue shown from the filter.
7. Click on the Issue Key from right side of the page. This will bring us to the Issue page.
8. From the issue page, click Boards (top of the screen), select the previously selected Scrum board.
9. Check the filter names and user will notice that the previously selected filter is not highlighted.

Workaround

User can use the back key from browser to navigate back to browser.
