Position of Epic Tags moves down when switching from workflow to back log mode

1. First Refresh the page.
2. Tags are in the correct position.
3. Then click on Workflow button.
4. Go back to Backlog.
5. You see that the positions of the tags are now below the issue.

This is a very critical bug. This was detected by our engineering and design team and it makes it very hard to look at the backlog when you have a huge amount of issues.

We want to request to adjust this issue as soon as possible.
