Hello

If you have a chart which covers a larger time scale, value labels become hard or impossible to read because there are so many points plotted in a small space (see attached screen shot). Suggestion: Never show more than X labels on a chart. You then would only label every Nth value, where N = Total Plot Points / X. This way you would have more space between the data labels and it would be easier to read.

Workaround

You can hide the labels via your User Preferences (second icon on the top)
This was intended for big charts where the labels shows up as a big fat black line
