Quick Filter Selections Do Not Persist On Kanban Boards And Scrum Boards (Active Sprints View) When Navigating JIRA

Summary

When selecting the Quick Filters on a Kanban board, they do not persist if you navigate to another page then back.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Kanban board in JIRA 7.1
2. Click on a quick filter such as "Only My Issues"
3. Navigate to another page such as Dashboard
4. Go back to the Kanban board and the quick filter "Only My Issues" is no longer highlighted/selected

1. Create a Scrum board in JIRA 7.1
2. Click on Active Sprints and then click a quick filter such as "Only My Issues"
3. Navigate to another page such as Dashboard
4. Go back to the Scrum board > Active Sprints and the quick filter "Only My Issues" is no longer highlighted/selected

Expected Results

When navigating away and coming back to the Kanban board or Scrum Board > Active Sprints, the quick filters should be highlighted/selected

Actual Results

When navigating away and coming back to the Kanban board or Scrum Board > Active Sprints, the quick filters are not highlighted/selected

Does not occur on JIRA 7.0.10 Server
Does not occur when viewing backlog for Scrum Board
