Crucible reviews created from JIRA related commits doesn't send notification e-mails

      1. Push GIT commits related to some issue in a branch
      2. Open JIRA issue in JIRA
      3. Go to Development section of the issue
      4. Click on a branch that is related to that issue
      5. In the dialog shown - click on "Create review"
      6. Finish creation and start it
      7. People involved in the review will not receive notification about and they will not know that someone is waiting for them to check the review.

      What should happen:

      • Reviewers should receive notifications that they are reviewers in this review.
