Description
In JIRA the default homepage for every user is the Dashboard. However, for a JIRA Software user that does not make any sense: it should be "Boards" by default:
This could either happen as a side effect of the Welcome to JIRA Software screen or the user management creation process. I thinkt that this is a much, much more sensible default for JIRA Software users.
