Remaining and Estimate values are not being displayed at bottom of sprints in backlog view

      In Jira Cloud, Agile Board, planning view, the labels for Remaining and Estimate appear at the bottom of an unstarted sprint, along with a forward slash divider, but the numbers are not displayed. At the same time, if I click on the ... next to user icons at the top of the current sprint no Original Time Estimate is displayed in the column, although there are such estimates.
