Quick Filters aren't persistently selected after user leaves board's screen then return to it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an Agile board (Kanban or Scrum)
2. Have some issue on this board
3. Apply one or more quick filters (defaults or custom)
4. Leave the board (ex. go to JIRA's dashboard)
5. Return to the boards

Expected Results

The previously selected quick filter should still be selected

Actual Results

The previously selected quick filter aren't selected anymore
