Adding multiple projects to an Agile Board filter will throw 404 error in the browser network tab on the board page

Summary

Adding multiple projects to an Agile Board filter (for both Kanban and Scrum) will throw 404 error (for LastVisted) in the browser network tab on the board page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Sample Project and Board
2. Create another Project
3. Edit the board filter of the board to include both projects
4. Open the board and open the browser console tab to record all the items that are loaded and their status

   Request URL:<BASEURL>rest/projects/1.0/project/null/lastVisited
   Request Method:PUT
   Status Code:404 Not Found
   

Expected Results

Everything should load without any issues

Actual Results

LastVisited throws 404 Not Found error when multiple projects are present in the board filter. This doesn't cause any noticeable disability in functionality.
