Unable to administer agile board that I'm the owner/administrator of if I can't access filter

      A JIRA administrator changes the filter of my rapid board as I was away on leave.

      The filter was not shared, so not visible to anyone but the original user.

      I was unable to view, or direct link to the configuration page of my own agile board (I got a permission denied message), so I was unable to switch this back and access my own agile board.

      I understand that it shouldn't show any tickets, but I should still be able to get access / configure my own agile board.
