Problem definition:
As blind user I'm using a screen reader (JAWS). When creating a new jira I can't choose from the list of epics, because the screen reader doesn't read
in the list. I'm using a server version of Jira.

Proposed solution:
The epics to appear in a combo-box, it would be much easier to select it.
