Steps to Reproduce

1. Install JIRA Agile
2. Create a Demo Board of JIRA Agile
3. Log out from JIRA or open a Private Browsing session.
4. Run the REST call below by paste and run it on the browser:

   <JIRA Base URL>/rest/greenhopper/1.0/rapidviews/viewsData

Expected Result:

A permission violation message.

Actual Result:

The Global Config of JIRA Agile is somehow shown.

Notes:

• Tested on JIRA 6.4.11 and JIRA 7.
• Expecting the same result as when running the REST call towards https://jira.atlassian.com
