Agile Related Gadgets On System Dashboard Do Not Show Up For Non-JIRA Users (Anonymous)

      Summary

      Agile related gadgets will not show up in the System Dashboard for users not logged in even though the project and filter are set to be shown to anyone/everyone

      Environment

      JIRA v7.0.0-OD-08-001
      JIRA Server 7.0.0

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a project and set the browse permissions to the group (anyone)
      2. Create a board based on the newly created project
      3. Go to newly created board then click on Configure > Edit Filter Shares > Add Everyone
      4. Go to System > System Dashboard and add agile related gadgets such as "sprint health"
      5. Log out and go to your homepage

      Expected Results

      Gadgets will show up for users not logged in

      Actual Results

      Gadgets will not show up

      Notes

      In JIRA Server 6.4.6, agile related gadgets will show up for users not logged in
      In JIRA Server 7.0.0, agile related gadgets will not show up for users not logged in

      Workaround

      Currently there is no workaround
