Problem Definition

When a JIRA Software board is deleted, there is easy no way to recover it. The possible work-around is to create a new one and reconfigure the same way, however if the user does not remember the old configuration, this can be problematic.

Suggested Solution

Allow a board or JIRA administrator to recover deleted boards (or at least the most recent ones).
