Problem Definition

If I close the Detail view of the an issue while on a Kanban board, the Detail view will pop open every time I click on any other issue. Sometimes I want it to stay closed so that I can work my board. When I am on my desktop computer with a big monitor it is not much of a problem. But when I am on a laptop with a small screen , it is a major pain to keep closing the issue Detail view when I click on any issue just to move it. It should stay closed if the user specifically closed it.
