Linked Issues that are closed are not striked-through in Card Layout on the Agile Board

Summary

When you add the field Linked Issues from the Card Layout configurations of the board, then when you go back to the board, any issues on the board that has other issues that are closed, and linked to it, then it will not be displayed with strike-through.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have Issues on your Agile board.
2. Add Linked Issues to your card layout for the board.
3. Go back to your board and link any Issues to the Issues on your board
4. Close any of the linked Issues

Expected Results

In the Issue's card, the linked Issue should be displayed with a strike-through.

Actual Results

Displayed without strike-through.
