Summary

• Deleted user still appears in the sprint health gadget

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a sprint
2. On one issue in the sprint, reassign the issue and delete the current user which were assigned to the issue previously

Expected Results

1. The deleted user should not be shown under assignee in the gadget

Actual Results

1. User is still shown in the gadget with no avatar picture
2.
