When creating Epic screens with tabs, if Epic Name is not on first tab, then a second Epic Name field gets added automatically

Description:
If you create a screen for an Epic and you set it up so that it uses tabs, if you do not put the Epic Name field on the first tab, on reboot, the system automatically places a second Epic Name field on the first tab. Both fields can be given different epic names.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new custom built screen that contains at least 2 tabs
2. Place the "Epic Name" field on some other tab than the first tab
3. Attach the screen to an epic as usual
4. Reboot the system
5. Check the screen

Results:
A second Epic Name field was automatically added to the first screen
