Allow Sprint field to accept partial match on sprint name

      In an effort to aggregate sprint data, teams are wishing to search and return issue related to all sprints with their standard name (i.e ScrumNinjas*).

      They'd like to be able to search as follows:
      Sprint ~"ScrumNinjas"

      And have it match all sprints with that as part of the name. Partial matching is currently unsupported for the Sprint field.
