      Original Description

In Version 6.7.11 you fix the bug GHS-12072.

But this is a problem, because now our (and other) custom fields only display HTML text value. Not the HTML. You strip the HTML tags.

In the attachment you see the expected display and the current display.

      Please help us.
      Thank you!

That is what I actually tested: closed thickets being correctly shown as strikethrough.

But you are right, other than that, the problem is back in JIRA Software 7.2.5

@theidenreich I can confirm, same behavior again as reported in JSW-12449: the RemainingTime field on the Servicedesk tickets is no longer rendering as a colored item, but just the time in digits.

Note that the closed tickets key is indeed correctly shown as strikethrough.

so please indicate new ticket nr, so I can watch that for resolution. We're on JIRA cloud.

yes please share your support ticket. Agile cards rendering is working in our installation. We also are on JIRA Software 7.2.5 and Service Desk 3.2.5. It might then be a side-effect of some other settings -> ?
