Summary
Board that contained multiple projects should not be able to see "All Reports" button

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a board that contained 2 different projects in the filter
2. Navigate to Agile Report
3. Click on All Reports button

Current Behaviour:
The user will encounter the page or error message that tells: This project isn't available. It may have been deleted or your permissions may have changed

or

Project should not be null!

Expected behaviour:
All Reports button should not be there once the board contain multiple of projects.
