JQL autocomplete obscures view of the search text in board configuration

      Summary

      The textual popup covers the text box where you are typing the JQL and you cannot see what you are typing when using Google Chrome.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the board configuration and select QuickFilters on the left menu.
      2. Type anything in the JQL field.

      Expected Results

      1. To see the content that you're typing in.

      Actual Results

      The suggestions text box covers the JQL field and you're unable to see what you're typing in.

      Solution / Workaround

      1. Use a different browser such Safari or Firefox.
