Copying a board doesn't copy the position value for Quick Filters / Swimlanes and reset them to 0

Summary

When copying a board, the position values in of Quick Filters and Swimlanes are not copied. It sometimes leads to showing the wrong order of Quick Filters and Swimlanes of the newly copied board with the original one.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to board management page
2. Copy that board, Swimlanes and QuickFilters will be copied as well
3. Check POS value in AO_60DB71_SWIMLANE and AO_60DB71_QUICKFILTER of the new board now are reset to 0.

Expected Results

POS value in AO_60DB71_SWIMLANE and AO_60DB71_QUICKFILTER in the copied board must be the same as original one to keep the same order.

Actual Results

POS value in AO_60DB71_SWIMLANE and AO_60DB71_QUICKFILTER in the copied board are reset to 0, the order is not ensured keeping the same the the original one.
