Create epic does not apply the field configuration set in the Configure Fields dropdown

Summary

When creating an epic from the create epic link, the user selects the fields they wish to view using the configure button. The next time an epic is created, the configuration is forgotten and the user must choose it again. When creating an epic from the Create button, the configuration is remembered.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a JIRA Agile project
2. Click the Epic sidebar
3. Select Create Epic
4. Configure the screen to include 'Assignee' field
5. Create Epic
6. Repeat Step 3
7. The field configuration has been forgotten and the user must complete step 4 again

Expected Results

The field configuration should be remembered.

Actual Results

The user has to repeat the behavior every time.

Workaround

Click the field configuration option every time or use the 'Create' button on the main navigation bar instead of the Create Epic link.
