Summary

In a recent update, icons associated with stories and epics, for example, are showing as broken

Environment

JIRA + JIRA Agile

Steps to Reproduce

1. View Issue Types ~/secure/admin/ViewIssueTypes.jspa, and any icons that are broken will show the name of the issue type twice, (e.g. Story Story).

Expected Results

The icons should be loading for each issue type from this page

Actual Results

In my example, the missing story icon is located at ~/download/resources/com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira:greenhopper-webactions/images/ico_story.png

Workaround

1. From Issue Types page, Click Edit under Operations for the issue type with the missing icon
2. Choose an Icon from the following page, and save.
