In create board dialog, the list of filter by default only show 20 iterms

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Software Server. Using JIRA Software Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps:

      • Go to the "create board" section, choose "Create board by existing filter"
      • In the create board dialog, click on the dropdown button to show the list of filter.

      Error:

      • You will se that it only show you 20 first filters, and it won't load more unless you start typing. It means that you cannot see the full list of available filter you have
