Javascript error Undefined is not a function in Agile boards

      Summary

      Loading an Agile board displays a Javascript error, "a.hasAttribute is not a function":

      An exception has occurred in http://127.0.0.1:8080/s/389cefa756e99d05441edefd08894435-CDN/en_US-vyuule/64020/28/27dffb62c6d53c3687501abc152a3948/_/download/contextbatch/js/greenhopper-rapid-non-gadget,gh-rapid,atl.general,jira.project.sidebar,jira.global,jira.general/batch.js?jag_disabled_marketing=true&locale=en-US&isAdmin=true at 9194:277 --- Uncaught TypeError: a.hasAttribute is not a function
      

      This only happens when using JIRA Service Desk 2.5

      Environment

      • JIRA Agile 6.7.4
      • JIRA Service Desk 2.5
      • Chrome
      • Safari

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install JIRA Agile (6.7.4) and JIRA Service Desk (2.5);
      2. Access an Agile board;

      Expected Results

      Board is displayed without problems.

      Actual Results

      Javascript error is displayed at the top of the screen.

      Workaround

      Downgrade JIRA Service Desk to version 2.4.3. Follow the steps below to achieve this:

      1. Stop JIRA;
      2. Download JSD 2.4.3;
      3. Go to <JIRA_HOME>/plugins/installed-plugins;
      4. Locate the jira-servicedesk-2.5.0.jar file and delete it (or save it somewhere else);
      5. Move the .jar file downloaded earlier (version 2.4.3) to the installed-plugins folder;
      6. Start JIRA;
