      Hi everyone,

      The issue has not get additional interest since the time it has been reported. Additionally it lacks important information as an affected version, etc.

      Therefore I'm resolving the issue as Timed out.

    Description

      Summary

      Customer has updated usernames for all users within their Cloud environment. User Management displays the new usernames. Customer then looks at Agile Boards and clicks on the owner of a board. The user receives an error that the username does not exist.

      Environment

      Cloud
      Possibly Server

      Steps to Reproduce

      Create a user with an email address for the username
      Create an Agile Board with the new user
      Change the username by removing the @emaildomain from the username
      Go to the All Boards page and click on the username

      Expected Results

      Correct information should be displayed

      Actual Results

      Error is received

      The specified user could not be found
      

      Workaround

      It is possible to update the A0 table that holds this information.

      You will need to query the A0 table that holds rapid view information: Example: AO_60DB71_RAPIDVIEW
      ***NOTE: This may be different in a customers instance

      ***NOTE: Updating the AO table did not resolve this. A full lock and reindex was run after changing one of the users.
