Having the ability to add an impediment swimlane above the userstory swimlanes

We are very used to use swimlanes based on userstories. In addition to that, we would like to use a swimlane which contains all impedimients that occur during a sprint.
At the moment, what we currently are able to do in JIRA is either to have swimlanes for all userstories with their subtasks or a swimlane which catches the impediments of all userstories (priority=blocker). In the latter case we use JQL for defining the swimlane. But when using swimlanes based on JQL queries, we are not able to have swimlanes for all userstories too.

Having the ability to add an impediment swimlane above the userstory swimlanes would be great
