Agile column constraints should work on numberic custom fields

      I am surprised to see that is not possible to use the column constraints to limit what can be added to the columns based on a numeric field, like effort, story points!!!! ... or any numeric field.

      Having a limitation on the number of issues limits this feature in a serious way.
