This would allow me to make relevant automatically updated dashboard for management reports, and JIRA filter reports in Confluence.

This is a very needed feature for JIRA.

Do we have any updates on this? I find more and more that people are interested.

            • Get what was done: sprint in ("sprint I want the stats for") AND project = "my project" AND status not in ("my done statuses") after (2018-02-20)   <- start of sprint date

            • Export to Excel
            • FAF AROUND FOR A WHILE (as I can't be bothered to write more VBA to automate stuff)
            • Charts....

However if someone gets this working it looks like a beautiful solution....

Oi! I would really appreciate this feature. I've been struggling with awkward workarounds for too long.

Any update on this?  It's 2018!!!  A velocity chart gadget would be nice to include with the out-of-the-box gadgets.

I have many projects in JIRA, each with its own scrum board. I would like to track the team velocity vs. a sum of refined/groomed backlog items for each project so we can easily monitor and maintain a backlog of 2-3 sprints worth of work across the release and generate a single reports for the program in a confluence page.

This will be a great feature and avoid inefficient manual creation and maintenance of a report on confluence program page.

I would like to use this feature to build a dashboard that shows team velocity vs. a sum of refined/groomed backlog items so we can easily monitor and maintain a backlog of 2-3 sprints worth of work.  My current method requires that I pull up the velocity report or past sprint reports, compute a running average, then compare that to a manually-summed total of groomed stories.  Feels like there should be an easier way.
