Steps to reproduce:
Using the default "jira.date.picker.java.format" and "jira.date.picker.javascript.format", no warning is being displayed and the Control chart is updated accordingly.

However, using the format that you have provided, incorrect warning message is being displayed and the chart is not updated when choosing any date from the date picker field.
