How to reproduce.

Create a board with one project referenced. (You will see the project summary panel works as intended).

Create a board with more than one project referenced. (Board does not appear as there is more than one project)

Provide the option to access the project summary from the JIRA agile board view when multiple projects are referenced in the JIRA agile query.
