As a user, I'd like to be able to select more than one Epic on the Epic Panel

      On the epic panel, if 'All Issues' is selected then we see that the filter takes into account issues from all epics.
      And if one Epic is selected it will filter issues based on that particular Epic.

      It would be useful if we were able to select more than one Epic, but not the 'All Issues' option, so we could view the issues that are part of those Epics.
