Description
Summary
When an issue is closed and the Version is added to the issue after the fact, we see that reporting don't add up. According to the documentation found here. The ability to add issues to a version after they've closed should be supported.
For example, the Release Burndown and the Version Report show Inconsistent data. Version Report will show the information we expect while the Release Burndown won't include issues added to the version after they've been closed.
Workaround
Re-open the issue and close it back out and the release burndown will begin to show the issues in the reports.
