Getting Script error when creating issue in Agile Board View with a Project that has more than two Text Field (multi-line) Custom Field

Steps to Reproduce

1. Created three custom fields Text Field (Multi-line) set the Renderers: Wiki Style Renderer
2. Associated the custom fields to the Project
3. Open the Jira Agile Board, Click Create (in the top Navigation Bar)
4. Fill in the custom fields Text Field (Multi-line)
5. Getting an error:
   

Observations

1. Not getting the error when the Custom Field Renderers is Default Text Renderer
2. Not getting the error when you Create issue, by accesing the Jira Agile Board then right click Create(in the top Navigation Bar) then Open Link in a New Tab

Workaround

Create issue by accessing the Jira Agile Board then right click Create(in the top Navigation Bar) then Open Link in a New Tab
