Release date and start date cannot be changed on Agile Board

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Software Server. Using JIRA Software Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      If the user opens the board then clicks on backlog (left menu), he will see the option versions. These versions can be edited, however when the user selects a new Release Date on the calendar, the field isn't updated.
      Please check the following video:

      The same issue occurs while using the project's navigation sidebar.

      Workaround:

      • Access the administration of the project
      • Click on Versions
      • There it's possible to edit the dates
