Found when a new Kanban Board is created, a sub-filter of fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY is added to the Kanban Board configuration. This sub-filter may not be needed in some scenarios.

This causes Issues to not display on the Kanban board if the Issues are not configured with a fixVersion field.

Customers should be able to add in their own sub-filters (if necessary) to their Kanban boards.
