Confusing error when attempting to open a non-existent board

At an attempt to open a link to an Agile board with an ID that doesn't exist in an instance (either from a saved link or by manually editing the URL in the browser), an error is thrown:

rapidViewId

Instead, the message should state that the board with given ID doesn't exist or is unavailable.
