Add ability to adjust color for Burndown charts.

      It appears at one point you could do this with Classic charts. I found a previous feature request that was closed as fixed: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-843

      However the option is longer available in either classic or rapid.

      Customer use case is they have some employees that are color blind and need to modify the color accordingly.
