If top priority has a space in the name, newly created Kanban boards have a broken Expedite swimlane

To reproduce:

1. Add a new Priority with a space in the name, i.e. SUPER URGENT
2. Ensure this Priority is in the top position in the Priority list.
3. Create a new Kanban board.
   > You'll get
   

The JQL for that swimlane will not have quotations, so will be invalid (i.e. Priority = Super Urgent), changing this to Priority = "Super Urgent" fixes it.

If you don't correct this it causes various other horrors with screens breaking all over the place, and distressed one of our new admins who spent quite a lot of time tracking it down
