Agile boards will keep refreshing for users with a space in their username

This is directly related to the bug ticket JRA-41578. Whenever users with a space in their username is trying to access the Agile boards (in JIRA 6.3.13), the board will keep refreshing.

The current workaround is to rename the user, but for environments where the username cannot be renamed (external user management, for example), this is a blocker as the Agile boards cannot be used at all.
