In a complex environments, with many customfields, we need to create complex queries to locate some data.

As attached sample, we need a filter to locate tasks with unfilled KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Since we have long customfield names (and many of them, more precisely 11 KPIs), we are unable to create a quick filter in this case.

But here, Why I created this issue as a Bug and not a Suggestion ?

Because using the proper Atlassian AUI design rules, the field JQL in the JIRA Agile is a multiline field, so, it must support unlimited text, or not ?

This limitation of 255 chars is a really bad thing
