If an user renames 'In progress' to 'IN PROGRESS' (and probably other system statuses), and then they create a new project using the 'Agile Software Development' types, this will create a Workflow with missing statuses (which is invalid).

This will create a number of errors in other parts of JIRA, like NPE when creating a board involving those projects.
